In the shades...

In late April, I was in France with my family. We had rented a house in a small village in Alsace. One of the locations we wanted to visit was Strasbourg. And there was a reason for that...

The village where we stayed, Gerstheim, is located about a 30-45 minute drive south of Strasbourg. That city plays an important role in my new thriller series EXPRUN.

I visited it once years ago. But this time, we deliberately went to a few places where the scenes in this story take place. Synopsis:

Salvatore Scarabocchio, Salva as his friends call him, is a former soldier of the UN peace corps in Mali. He has seen death and destruction. Injustice that he should have prevented as a peacekeeper. But that did not always work...

But Salva does not know either of them. Is the politician really that bad? And who is Ravasio to decide that this man must die?

An attack on his mysterious client leads to Salva being identified as the perpetrator.
